William Hatley

William R. Hatley was born October 3, 1972, and passed away peacefully in his sleep October 21, 2023, in Enid, Oklahoma.  At all times William, better known as Billy, was a good man.  All the family he had was not family at all, but the best and dearest friends he could ever love; namely, John Winters of Stillwater, Oklahoma and Barbara Schmidt of Enid, Oklahoma.  These were the only people he accepted as family.

 Billy wanted to be remembered as one who enjoyed working with his hands in his shop to create new designs with wood.  He also enjoyed working with simple machinery such as vehicles.  They would end up being vehicles considered one off.  That was William “Billy” Hatley in a nutshell.  He was a simple man which anyone who knew him would attest.  Please remember Billy as you walk away with a smile on your face and love in your heart.
