Chapel service for Roy James Betty, 71, will be at Lanman Funeral Home on Thursday, January 7, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in Kiowa, Kansas Viewing will be before the service at the funeral home.
Roy passed away in Pratt, Kansas on January 1, 2016. He was born in Kermit, Texas on February 26, 1944, the son of Betty Jo (Aldridge) Betty and the adopted son of E. Dean Betty, both of whom are deceased. Roy grew up in Hazelton, Kansas with two sisters, Ruby Kirk (deceased) and Mary Abrams. He has three children, JoLynn (deceased), Pam and James; seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to Pratt Area Humane Society through the funeral home.
