Oakley was preceded in death by his grandma, Donna Mills; great grandparents, Margie and Mike Caywood and Frankie Cunningham and uncle, Justin Waugh.
He is survived by his parents, Jarran and Janelle Waugh; brother, Stetson; sister, ElizaBeth; grandparents, Richard Cunningham, Shelly and William Bradford, Charles Waugh, Michelle Huckabee, Gina and Jeff Waugh; great grandparents, Shirley Cunningham, Duane and Carolyn Waugh, Gene and Deanna Davis; aunts and uncles, Angela Cunningham, Nicole and Rudy Perez, Jessica and Matthew Swonger, Sarah Bradford, Josh and Cristi Bradford, Shannon Bradford, Jordana Waugh, Jaden Waugh, Taylor and Katelyn Waugh, Braden and Kelia Waugh and Ralyn Waugh as well as numerous cousins
