Jill Palmer

Jill Ann (Helmley) Palmer was born in Kiowa, Kansas on January 21, 1961.  She died on July 11, 2018 at the age of 57.  Jill owned The Fifth Street Salon, was part owner in the Plum Thickett Inn and was an integral part of the community. She was known and loved by many and leaves behind a void that will not easily be filled.

She was preceded in death by her father, Chuck Helmley.

She is survived by her husband, Kavin Palmer; mother, Jane Helmley; sister, Sue Becker and husband, Scott; brother, Mike Helmley and wife, Linda; niece, Ashlee Reed and husband, Clint; nephew, Justin Helmley; niece, Katie Hughes and husband, Jay; great niece, Laken Hughes and great nephew, Jacob Hughes.

Services will be held Monday, July 16, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the United Methodist Church in Kiowa, Kansas.
