Kiowa, KS - Funeral service for James R. Duvall, 57, will be Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Kiowa Southern Baptist Church with Pastor Ken Bowden officiating. Burial will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery, Anthony, Kansas. Viewing will be Monday from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
James was born on October 18, 1957 in Anthony, Kansas to Bobby Lee Duvall and LaRay Ann Wilson Duvall and passed from this life on August 13, 2015 in Kiowa. On November 20, 1982 James married Rodgina Klotz. He was the Superintendent of the Water and Sewer Department of Kiowa. James was an antique car lover and enjoyed 4-H projects with his children. James enjoyed his family and friends.
Those who preceded James in death include his parents and one brother, Scotty Duvall.
Those surviving James include his wife, Rodgina of Kiowa; two children, Rex Duvall and wife, Erin and Jamie Duvall and Lawrence Foster; six grandchildren, Oakley Duvall, Tyler Martin, Shawn Baysinger, Brandon Baysinger, Ira Baysinger and Hailey Foster; three brothers, David Duvall and wife, Betty, Lonnie Duvall and wife, Rose and Billy Duvall; one sister, Susan Duvall.
Memorials may be given to the American Lung Association or Children's Cancer Association through the funeral home.
