Harold Gene Woolsey

Harold Gene Woolsey born on July 20, 1944 to Alton & Billie Woolsey, passed away leaving behind a legacy of strength, enduring love, and unwavering dedication to his family. 

In his younger years, he was known as a hardworking man who gave his all to provide foe those he loved. Though life later brought health challenges that led him to disability, his resilience never wavered. He endured pain for much of his life, yet he continued to show up time and time again & be there for his family. 

A devoted father to 4 children, proud grandfather to13 grand children and 8 great children. Nothing brought him more joy than being present for their lives. Whether it was a school event, ball games, or family gatherings he made every effort to be there to offer his exciting support & love. 

In his later years, he found his greatest peace in the outdoors. Camping & fishing trips, became some of his most cherished moments. Dad was able to go and relax, reflect & share in making memories with his family. 

Our father was a deeply loving and selfless man, someone who would do anything for anyone. His kindness, patience and generous spirit touched countless lives and will not be forgotten. He is already dearly missed by his children, grandchildren, and greatgrandchildren, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. His memory will live on in the stories shared, the lessons he taught, and the love he gave so freely.

Viewing will be April 7, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Lanman Helena Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be April 7, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at the New Covenant Fellowship Church of Goltry, OK with burial to follow at Good Hope Cemetery.
