Gerry Ray Gage
Ray Gage began his journey on April 11, 1975, when he was born to his loving parents, Noble and Imogene. His journey ended on November 5, 2023, as he left earth to start his next adventure.
As a sibling of two, Ray was the most rambunctious and carefree of them. Ray had a great love for his dog named Charlie, often sitting on the porch watching thunderstorms with his fur baby. Alongside him was always Kim, his big sister, educating each other on the stars and the moon. Spending hours upon hours driving around with Kim trying to find the best view of our galaxy. Ray absolutely had a best friend in his sister. The connection was unique. We were each other’s person. His love for family was who he was. There was nothing he wouldn’t do for family! His heart was his family, and his family was his heart.
If you knew Ray, you would know that he was a huge movie buff. He has watched Titanic, Hotel Transylvania, and Thelma and Louise more times than he fought with his sister growing up.
Bonfires soothed his soul. When good weather was near, Ray was by the campfire enjoying his peace. Another favorite place for him was the kitchen, where many of the family’s adventures took place.
The void in his family’s hearts will never be filled, leaving his father and sister behind, also many other family members and friends. He will forever live on in our hearts and memories.
