Gayle Hager

Gloria Gayle Hager, 83, of Helena, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, September 20, 2025.

Gayle was born on March 23, 1943, in Shattuck, Oklahoma. She graduated from Woodward High School and went on to study cosmetology. After completing her training, she opened Gayle’s Coiffures, a beauty shop located in the heart of Main Street in Helena. Her passion for serving others carried into her later career in social services, where she worked as a Child Support Enforcement Officer until her retirement.

In April of 1970, Gayle married the love of her life, Glenn Hager. Together they shared 52 wonderful years, filled with love, laughter, and devotion to their family.

She was preceded in death by Glenn on October 18, 2021, and the years without him were very difficult for her. They are now joyfully reunited.

She was a proud mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, and her greatest joy was time spent with those she loved.
