Elizabeth Taylor

March 10, 1932 — February 17, 2016

The celebration of life service for Elizabeth will be February 27, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Lahoma First Baptist Church. Elizabeth was born March 10th, 1932 on a small island on the Cimarron River near Isabella. She left this world for her eternal home February 17th at 6:10 p.m., and shares eternity with her loving husband, L. Dean Taylor. She and Dean were married October 14th, 1949. Dean worked hard all his life to provide and care for Elizabeth so that she never had to work outside the home. She was then able to focus her time raising a loving family of four children, Sherry T.and Dave Cotten, Linda T. and Leon Rice, Jim Taylor and Teresa Samples, and Tena Taylor Marshall; all of Ringwood. She always made time for her nine grandchildren and cherished their seventeen sweet great-grandchildren, who brought her such joy.

Her last words: " What a wonderful life. "

Those precedeing Elizabeth in death include her husband, Dean; one grandson, Corey; one brother, Glen Goodwin and one sister, Opal Hutchings.

Those surviving Elizabeth in death include, her children; her sisters, Alberta Morrison, Jean Conway and Yvonne Dillon, all from Eureka, Nevada and one brother, Mel Goodwin of Roseburg, Oregon.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Feed The Children because of her love of children, generosity, compassion and nurturing soul through the funeral home.
