Debra Hargett

Debra Jean (Pollock) Hargett was born April 7, 1955 to Jim and Barbara Pollock.   Debra passed away December 15, 2018 after a battle with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), commonly referred to as Lou Gehrig’s disease.

Airman Gary Hargett and Debra were united in marriage in Denver, Colorado on March 30, 1973.    They enjoyed 24 years in the military.

Debbie graduated from Pima Medical Institute as an X-ray technician and was a Mammogram Tech for 20+ years.    She enjoyed crafts as well as cooking and gardening.

She is survived by her husband, Gary; mother, Barbara DeMint; daughter, Meghan; sons, Charles and Todd and eight grandchildren.

Debra was preceded in death by her father, Jim Pollock; step father, Stubby DeMint and brothers, Buck and Charles.

A memorial has been established with ALS Therapy Development Institute.
