Charlotte Mae Billings

Charlotte Mae Heinze was born on April 22, 1948 in Watonga, Oklahoma to Reuben C. and Dessa Mae Westfahl Heinze. She lived on a farm North of Hitchcock when she started school. The family moved to Oklahoma City and some time later to Okeene, Oklahoma where she graduated high school with the class of 1966. She was active in band and FHA.

After high school she attended Enid Business College. She married Donald Billings on February 14, 1975 at the Friends Church in Seiling, Oklahoma. They had two sons, Bryan Paul and Nathan Earl. She worked at the hospital for thirty-one years, followed by seven years at Lucky Star Casino in Canton, Oklahoma. She also served on the school board for Seiling Public Schools and was the Honorary Chapter Mother of the year for FFA.  Charlotte served on the Seiling School Board as well as the Seiling Ambulance Board and was Honorary Chapter Mother of the year for FFA.

She is survived by sons, Bryan Billings of Enid, Oklahoma and Nathan Billings and wife, Sarah; four grandchildren, Rebecca, Johnny, Hannah and Jake Billings; her sisters, Darlene Reynolds and husband, Lonnie of Okeene, Oklahoma, Kim Heinze and husband, Randy Bauman of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and her niece, Teresa.
