Sand Springs, formerly Cherokee-Funeral service for Barbara were held Wednesday, October 8, 2014 at Lanman Funeral Home Chapel in Cherokee. Burial followed at Byron-Amorita Cemetery.
Barbara was born on May 17, 1951 to Dale and Florence Harmon and passed from this life on October 5, 2014 with a courageous battle with cancer. She joined the U.S. Navy after high school graduation. Barbara married Marion Beach on July 6, 1971 in Amorita.
Barbara is survived by her husband, Marion; her children, Bryan and Melissa Beach and Jennifer and Brant Bowen; seven grandchildren; siblings, Sherry and Bob Lowden, Louise and Rob Kirkpatrick, Deb Engle, Nancy Young, Larry Harmon, Ron Harmon, Keith and Tammy Harmon, Robert Harmon and Jeffrey Harmon.
